Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission has emerged as a major employment platform for the youth of North India, where the teacher recruitment selection process is progressing with enthusiasm and transparency. A large number of candidates from different states across the country are participating in this mega recruitment campaign being organized for more than 100 schools under the Mission.
The four-day selection process commenced on May 26 and will continue till May 29. The campus of SGRR Public School, Talab Branch, is currently witnessing a confluence of talent. Notably, the Talab Branch is the oldest and one of the most prestigious institutions in the SGRR Public School chain. More than 1,300 candidates are participating daily in the written examination and interview process. Approximately 5,500 candidates are expected to take part in the entire recruitment drive. On the very first day of the selection process, long queues of candidates were seen outside the school premises from 7:00 AM onwards, and the recruitment activities have been continuing till late evening every day.
The recruitment process has been designed to be completely merit-based and effective. The selection criteria include an 80-mark written examination and a 20-mark interview. Through the written examination, candidates are being assessed on subject expertise, analytical ability, and presentation skills. Candidates delivering outstanding performance are being invited for interviews on the basis of merit.
One of the most remarkable and commendable aspects of this recruitment drive is that, keeping the convenience of candidates in mind, SGRR Education Mission has ensured evaluation, interviews, and declaration of results on the very same day of the examination. Candidates openly appreciated this prompt and transparent system and expressed gratitude towards the Mission management.
Young aspirants from various states of North India, including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, are participating in this recruitment process. To ensure fairness and quality in the selection procedure, the Mission has sought the support of renowned academicians and subject experts from Uttarakhand.
The examination organizing committee clarified that if any candidate is dissatisfied with the result, they may apply for re-evaluation. Such cases will undergo on-camera re-evaluation by an expert committee to maintain the credibility and transparency of the selection process.
