Paramveer Chakra Winner Yogendra Yadav Bows Down at Shri Darbar Sahib

  • Captain Yogendra Yadav is India’s youngest Paramveer Chakra winner
  • On 04th July 1999, during Kargil war, he was honoured with India Army’s highest honour Paramveer Chakra 
  • Took the blessings of Sajjade Gaddinashin of Shri Darbar Sahib, Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj, had a formal meeting with him.

On Tuesday, Paramveer Chakra winner Yogendra Singh Yadav bowed down at Shri Darbar Sahib. He took the divine blessings of Shri Darbar Sahib’s Sajjade Gaddinashin Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj and had a formal meeting with him. It’s significant to mention that Captain Yogendra Yadav is India’s youngest Paramveer Chakra winner and a retired Indian Army officer. During the Kargil war, on 04th July 1999, he was honoured with India’s highest honour for bravery Paramveer Chakra. He is known as an established role model of bravery of Indian Army among the youth. 
On Tuesday, Paramveer Chakra winner Yogendra Singh Yadav was welcomed as per the tradition of Shri Darbar Sahib. During his meeting with Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj, he shared the interesting experiences of army life with him. Known as Hero of Kargil war, Yogendra Singh Yadav is a resident of Aurangabad Aheer near Bulundsahar. During the Kargil war, he got 17 bullets on his body, but his bravery did not shake as it was powered by the great feeling of patriotism. Yogendra Singh Yadav urged the youth saying that country’s safety is the paramount. He said that the contribution of soldiers is significant in country’s safety. He said that country’s borders are safe due to high spirit of the soldiers. He highly praised SGRR Education Mission, Shri Guru Ram Rai University and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital for their public welfare deeds.
