The Selection Process for Teachers has been organized for more than 100 schools of Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission. In the selection process, candidates from various states of North India are participating. The Four Days Selection procedure started from 27th May and will continue till 30st May 2025. This information was provided by the members of the coordination committee of the Teachers Recruitment Selection process.
The selection process for the Teachers is being organized at Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School, Talab Branch. It’s worth mentioning that in the series of establishment of SGRR Public Schools, SGRR Public School, Talab Branch is the very first one to be established. In the selection process, more than 1,200 candidates are participating everyday in the written and interview process. In the selection process, which is of four days, about 5,000 candidates will be participating. On Tuesday, the process of arrival of candidates at SGRR Public School, Talab had started early in the morning at 7 a.m. The selection process continued till late in the evening. In the selection procedure, the written exam is of a total of 80 marks while the interview is of 20 marks. In the selection procedure, the candidates are being evaluated for their subject knowledge and presentation. The candidates performing well in the written exam will be called for interview on the basis of merit list and the then the selection procedure will proceed towards its conclusion.
Another significant point of the selection procedure is that keeping in mind the convenience of the candidates, evaluation, interview and result declaration are all kept on the same day. Candidates have expressed their gratitude towards SGRR Education Mission for this nice management. Candidates have reached from various states of North India including Delhi, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. Renowned academicians and subject experts of Uttarakhand are being deployed in the evaluation process and result declaration of the selection process. The members of the Teachers Selection Committee clearly stated that in case, any of the candidates is dissatisfied with the recruitment process, then he/she can give a request letter for re-evaluation. The members of the Recruitment Evaluation specialists committee will be reevaluating such cases over on camera basis. It’s significant to mention that the institutions of Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission are playing a lead role in providing golden employment opportunities to the youth of Uttarakhand and North India.
