Annual SGRR Public Schools Principals' Meet 2025

DISCUSSION ON PEDAGOGICAL LEADERSHIP AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF PRINCIPALS OF SGRR PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The Principal has a deep role in the school system. Educational leadership is important in the annual educational plan. The role of Principal is the most significant in the Planning of the school. What are the main qualities and skills a principal should have? These points were discussed in detail in the annual conference. In the Annual Conference of the Principals of Shri Guru Ram Rai Public Schools, these points were discussed in detail. In the programme organized with the theme ‘Principal as Pedagogical Leader’ important roles like the role, responsibility and policy making of the Principal were discussed.
The opening ceremony of the programme organized at the auditorium of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital was done by Chief Guest Manish Agarwal, Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Guest of Honour, Veena Rawat, Life member of SGRR Education Mission, Vijay Nautiyal, Authorized Signatory Manager, SGRR Education Mission, Vinay Mohan Thapliyal, Education Officer, SGRR Education Mission, Manoj Jakhmola, Chief Finance Controller and G.S. Tomar, Education Officer, SGRR Education Mission, jointly by lamp lighting and garlanding the picture of Brahmleen Shri Mahant Indiresh Charan Das Ji Maharaj.  
More than 100 principals of SGRR Education Mission run in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, etc. participated in this Annual Conference of SGRR Public Schools’ Principals. On this occasion, there was also a discussion on making the Account Deptt., ESIC, EPF of the schools better. The students of SGRR Public School, Patel Nagar, turned the atmosphere spiritual by Saraswati Vandana. After that Vijay Nautiyal, Authorized Signatory Manager, SGRR Education Mission, delivered a Welcome Address. He, in particular congratulated the topper students of SGRR Public Schools in the Bard exams as well as their principals. 
Chief Guest Regional Officer, CBSE, Manish Agarwal in his address said that the format of teaching has changed in the current scenario. After the arrival of Artificial Intelligence, a challenge has also emerged for the educationists. Today, teachers need to be far more updated than in the old times. Today is the era of Artificial Intelligence, teachers will have to get continuous training and technical skills as per the demand of the current time. He said that the marks scored by the students in Xth and XIIth exams have always been important from the point of view of the students, guardians and and school, but this is not the complete truth that these marks will decide the whole direction of their future. He urged the teachers to get the students out of this stress. 
Guest of Honour of the programme, Veena Rawat, Life member, Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission said that the Chairman of the mission, Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj is the source of inspiration for all of us in the form of an ideal administrator. This is the reason that SGRR Schools get the right direction and the principals of the schools are able to contribute 100% in progressive work by making smooth coordination in teaching and administrative work. 
Kavita Singh, Principal, SGRR Public School, Talab on Pedagogical Leadership and how to prepare an annual pedagogical plan of a school. Sandeepna Jaiswal, Principal, SGRR Public School, Bombay Bagh gave detailed information on Principal’s role as a Pedagogical Leader. D.P. Bijalwan, Principal, SGRR Public School, Jhanakpuri, Gajraula, shared knowledge on Competency based Educationand Holistic Assessment. Chief Advisor, Honourable Chairman, Dr. Vipin Ghildiyal  also addressed the principals and appreciated their role. G.S. Tomar, Education Officer, SGRR Education Mission highlighted the main skills and qualities a principal should have as a practical leader. 
Vinay Mohan Thapliyal shared information about the accounting deptt. of the schools and ESIC and EPF management for the teachers and workers of the schools. After this, Education Officers and Heads of the department of Accounts of SGRR Public Schools of Uttarkhand hilly areas and Dehradun, aned schools outside uttarakhandgave a detailed public program on the subjects of the accounting department. In the end, A Vote of Thanks was given by Sunil Kothari, Principal, SGRR Public School, Rishikesh. In the programme dignitaries of SGRR Education Mission were also present in the programme.
