STATE LEVEL SUGARCANE ADVISORY COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT SHYAMVEER SAINI BOWED DOWN AT SHRI DARBAR SAHIB

Vice President, State Level Sugarcane Advisory Committee (Minister of State rank) bowed down at Shri Darbar Sahib on Tuesday. He had a formal meeting with Sajjadanashin, Shri Darbar Sahib, Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj and took his divine blessings. Both the personalities had detailed discussion on various points related to farmers, agriculture, quality of sugarcane and productivity in the state. Along with this, both had detailed discussion on environmental conservation and contemporary issues of the state.
According to the tradition of Shri Darbar Sahib, Shyamveer Saini was welcomes. He highly praised the significant services rendered by Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. He acquainted Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj with the productivity of new varieties of sugarcane in the state. He said that the problem of red decay was being encountered in various varieties of sugarcane, this problem has been solved on scientist level.
Many projects of organic farming are being worked upon by the School of Agricultural Sciences of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. Both the personalities also had discussion over the long term benefits of organic farming.
